About Dr. Namrata Dabas

I am Dr. Namrata Dabas, currently serving as the HOD & Consultant in Pain Medicine and Regenerative Medicine, with extensive expertise in advanced pain management and regenerative therapies, at Manipal Hospital, Dwarka, Delhi, where we focus on advanced non-surgical minimally invasive treatments and regenerative medicine for acute and chronic pain conditions. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping patients manage spine pain, joint pain, sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and cancer-related pain through evidence-based interventional and regenerative therapies aimed at restoring mobility and improving quality of life.

Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in image-guided pain procedures, rehabilitation-oriented care, and regenerative therapies such as SCP and BMAC, with the goal of delivering long-term relief while improving movement, strength, and overall quality of life. I strongly believe that effective pain management requires not only clinical precision but also a personalized and compassionate approach tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and recovery goals.
